    Local Delivery: Delivery to locations within a 25-mile radius of the 02118 postal code areas is included at no additional costs.

    Extended Delivery [26 - 50 Miles]: Deliveries to locations 26 miles or more from the 02118 postal code area, a delivery fee of $50 - $75 will apply.

  • You will need anywhere from 10-20 feet from the screen to the projector stand for the best picture. You will need 10-20 feet side to side for the screen and lounge chairs (depending on the number)

    Our 100” and 120" screens are perfect for smaller areas. Be aware of any low hanging tree branches that might be an obstacle when setting up the screen. The screens are anywhere from 8 - 10 feet tall.

  • For the best experience, make sure you plan your movie to start no earlier than dusk. High quality projection depends on dark conditions. Dusk is roughly the timejust before night when the daylight has almost gone but when it’s not completely dark. You can Google what time the sunset will be on any date you are interested in. If you still have questions, please let us know!

  • Unfortunately, our projection equipment is not designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. In the event of extreme or inclement weather on the date of your outdoor movie, we will work with you to find a mutually agreed upon alternatedate. We will closely monitor weather forecasts in advance and maintain open communication with you.

  • When we arrive to set up your movie night, we will all do an inspection of the equipment and make sure it is in proper working order before we leave. When we arrive to pick up the equipment both parties will inspect the equipment once again. In the event of any damage we will authorize a charge to your credit card forthe replacement price of any damaged equipment. We work with our customers tomake sure everything is transparent during the rental process.

  • It depends on the size of the event you are hosting. However, it generally takes 2 hours to set up a party and 1 hour to break it down. We’ll ensure everything is set up at least 1 hour before your event starts.

    To provide the quickest service, please have the location where you would like to set up already in mind. The week prior to your event, we will confirm your set-up time, as well as cover any final logistics. Someone over the age of 21 must be available during set up and take down.

  • Our projector has plug and play capability via an HDMI port. We recommend using a streaming stick for the best experience (Apple TV, Firesticks). We provide a ROKU if you do not have access to your own streaming stick.

    You can also connect gaming devices (Playstations and Xbox), DVD players, and anything with an HDMI connection. ChickFlick & Chill supplies all the connectors to connect the device to your projector, so you do not have to worry about that – we got you!

    The most important thing is to make sure your Wi-Fi will extend to your backyard. If your Wi-Fi will not connect in your backyard, it is important that you download your movie onto your device prior to your movie night or use a DVD player so thereis no interruption or delays.

  • Our parties are designed to be all-inclusive and hassle-free. On the day of your party, we will deliver, set up, and style your curated experience. We will schedule a set-up time with you in advance to ensure everything is ready to go at least an hour before guests are scheduled to arrive.

    All events have a 4 hour rental period. We return at the end of your evening for take down.

  • As a small business, our weekend availability fills quickly! We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your party date. If you’re under a tight timeline, please contact us!

  • We serve residential areas only. Unfortunately, we cannot set up in parks or commercial areas YET :).

  • You can cancel at any time up to and including the morning of your event. However, due to the custom nature of our events, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Being "too cold" does not qualify for a deposit refund. A request for a change of dates will be based on the availability of the preferred date.

  • NO. Please ensure that any area where the equipment will be set up is completely free of any animal waste. We will not set up in an area with pet waste. The party will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you're hosting a private party at your home with only friends and family in attendance, you do NOT need a film license, but you do need to own the entertainment content - DVD, Blue-ray, video game, etc. If you plan on staging a movie night that is open to the public, and/or if tickets will be sold, you WILL need topurchase the appropriate non-theatrical license.

  • Please make sure all pets are indoors during set up and break down to ensure the safety of our employees.

    Please note we will not service any yard with pet excrement.
